All content is owned by the webmaster, or has been given express permission to do so. All content has been screened and this site has no restrictions, although it assumes you have a basic knowledge of City of Villains. Many of the images utilised in this site are original. Many of which have been created from Screenshots taken in-game by the webmaster, or submitted to the webmaster with permission. Certain other images were created by editing a few images from the City of Villains fansite kit.
